We want your FIERCE pieces to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

Delivery within the UAE

• Dubai: same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM, otherwise next-day delivery.
• Other Emirates: next-day delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping rates (UAE)

• Free shipping on orders of AED 499 and above
• Standard Shipping: AED 25 (orders under AED 499)
• Same Day Delivery: AED 35 (orders under AED 499)

Delivery outside the UAE

• GCC countries: delivery within 2–4 working days, subject to customs clearance.
• International orders: flat shipping rate of AED 60, delivered in approximately 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and public holidays.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us right away and we will re-deliver the correct or replacement item at no cost.
