Delivery

How long does delivery take?

In Dubai, orders placed before 2:00 PM can be delivered the same day; otherwise delivery is next-day. Other Emirates receive next-day delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays). GCC orders arrive within 2–4 working days, subject to customs clearance. See our Delivery Information page for rates and details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on UAE orders of AED 499 and above. Below that, Standard Shipping is AED 25 and Same Day Delivery is AED 35.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders ship at a flat rate of AED 60 and are delivered in approximately 2–5 business days.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return window?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered and unused, in sellable condition, in their original packaging with tags attached, and returned with the original order confirmation.

Can I return swimwear?

Yes, as long as the original hygiene liner is intact.

Are sale items returnable?

Sale items are exchange only, within 7 days, and are not eligible for refunds.

Is there a return fee?

Partial returns within the UAE are free. Full order returns carry an AED 25 processing fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 30–45 days, depending on your bank.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us immediately and we will re-deliver the correct or replacement item at no cost.

Fabrics and fit

What is Second Skin?

Second Skin is our active shapewear fabric, made from polyamide and elastane. It is compressive, soft and highly stretchy, designed to hug the body and support natural movement.

Can I swim in your pieces?

Our Sweat to Swim fabric (recycled polyamide and elastane) is swimmable, and our Sculpted Swim fabric (recycled nylon and elastane) offers anti-UV protection. Learn more on our Our fabrics page.

Are your fabrics certified?

Our fabrics carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100, OEKO-TEX Recycled, HIGG Index, Global Recycled Standard and ISO 14001 certifications.
